By accessing or using Authentiq Mindset (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable app store policies (Apple App Store / Google Play).

Authentiq Mindset is a wellness tracking tool and is not a medical device or medical service. The information and AI coaching provided are for informational and motivational purposes only and should not be treated as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the Service are owned by or licensed to Authentiq Mindset. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Authentiq Mindset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
